2-year limited warranty
Every WirEng® antenna system sold by WELC Group Europe S.L. is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and is valid across the European Union and the other markets we ship to.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects, component failures under normal use, and faults that prevent the product from performing to its published specification. If a covered fault occurs, we will repair or replace the product, or the affected part, at no charge.
What is not covered
Damage from accident, misuse, unauthorised modification or repair, improper installation, exposure beyond the product's rated environmental limits, normal wear, and cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.
Statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under EU and Spanish law, including the legal conformity guarantee.
