How returns and replacements work for orders from WELC Group Europe.

Replacements for defective products
WELC Group Europe S.L. replaces products that arrive defective or develop a covered fault. We do not accept returns for other reasons, such as change of mind.
30-day window
Report any defect within 30 days of the product arriving to you. After 30 days, faults are handled under the product warranty.
Authorisation required
All replacements require our prior authorisation. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault, and we will confirm the return and provide instructions. Items returned without authorisation cannot be processed.
Statutory rights
Where you purchase as a consumer, this policy does not affect any mandatory statutory rights you may have under EU and national law.
How to request a replacement
Start a request on our contact page with your order number. Once authorised, and the returned item is received and inspected, we ship a replacement.
